I experienced a cozy stay in the Suite, and the bed was comfortable compared to other stays! The convenient 7/11 opposite the hotel was a life-saver for late-night snacks. The outdoor swimming pool was a lovely area to relax and unwind by.

It's disappointing that you're not allowed to bring food while the on-site dining is severely limited!!! A larger TV in the room would enhance the viewing experience!!! The hot water worked inconsistently during my stay!!!

Clean room, spacious outdoor pool, with a fantastic location that allowed for easy taxi rides to explore nearby attractions.

The staff were incredibly accommodating, going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Loved the variety of pools, including one on the rooftop, perfect for a sunset view! The beach access via staircase offered a unique spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings.

The view from our balcony? A solid win. Room was big, clean, comfy, but the food situation? Not so great. We were hunting for decent eats offsite. Missed a real beach vibe, felt more like a photo op. Pool was alright but a bit crowded with divers hogging space. Whatever. Just keep it chill.

The room was spacious and clean with a lovely view from the balcony. The pools were enjoyable and the staff were friendly, always quick to assist. Breakfast options included delightful traditional dishes that made mornings more pleasant.

The staff at Palmbeach Resort & Spa Mactan, Cebu were exceptionally helpful and accommodating, quickly responding to all requests. The large and clean room offered a comfortable stay, while the nearby café provided a good breakfast with both European and Asian options. The resort features a variety of swimming pools, and the attached training school for scuba diving could be a great addition for those interested in diving activities.

The internet connectivity was inconsistent in some areas of the resort.

The room was spacious with a nice view of the greens and ocean. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well, but we did initially get put in a cramped room with an extra bed. Thankfully, the staff moved us quickly to a better spot, which was quiet and gave us a great stay. Overall, not bad, but I'd say the initial room could've been better!

The warm water issue was resolved quickly, which was appreciated, and the friendly staff made the experience better. However, the air quality in my room was poor, and the air conditioning unit was quite loud, impacting comfort. A lack of amenities in the area outside the hotel made exploring less convenient. Breakfast options included delightful traditional Irish pancakes, adding a nice touch to my stay.

Just a solid selection for a weekend pause in Lapu-Lapu City with good price-quality ratio. I enjoyed the room with two separate bedrooms, which was perfect for my family. Consider spending some time enjoying the pools to chill out.

I had a great experience with super accommodating staff who granted all my requests. The pool with its relaxing jacuzzi was a nice touch. The leisure area was the perfect spot to unwind, and the complimentary room upgrade was an unexpected bonus. While the hallway could use a bit more lighting, it didn’t really take away from my stay! 😊
